Opening mid September, “As Object”, a one person show of photographs, video, and paintings from The Miss America Series. Curated by Leigh LeDare the show will be at Baxter Street Gallery/Camera Club of New York at 126 Baxter Street right off Canal in Chinatown, NYC.
I currently have a show of large drawings in the front project room at the Cue Art Foundation. The Cue Foundation moved east this fall and was fortunately not effected by Sandy. You’ll find them at 137 west 25th St. (between 6 & 7th Ave.)
I also have a video in the show “The Sky is Falling” at Byrdcliffe Kleinert/James Center for the Arts in Woodstock NY
Both of these shows will be up until the 2nd of Dec.
In Bushwick Brooklyn I am also showing some of my Vaseline Smile painting at Centotto gallery at 250 Moore Street #108 in the show “A Pile of Clowns”.
On Friday the 14th I will do a short performance (yet untitled) as part of the Yans & Retro film and performance festival at the Anthology Film Archive, NYC.
I have been awarded a residency at the Maria Walsh Sharpe Foundation’s space program on Jay Street in Brooklyn NY. The residency runs from Sept. 2012 through August 2013.
Early this summer the archives of the Good Girl Project were donated to the Downtown Collection of the Fales Library at NYU. I am honored that the Good Girls have found such an excellent home.
